Search and Report
MLS Blue is a highly customizable MLS system, with innovative functionality to better support the way you do business. The main Listings Search can be tailored so you can select the criteria that you want to search. MLS Blue allows you to choose your display options (report and sort order) and easily edit your criteria from any search screen or from any report to save you time.
Add/Change Listings
TREND's Add/Change function is where all listings are entered and modified. Much of the information, including the map grid coordinates, auto-populate from Public Records. Expert Mode gives you the ability to enter listing features using only the keyboard. Print complete listing reports, upload photos and make status and price changes with ease.
Client Relations and Saved Items
The Client Relations and Saved Items features connect what you do in TREND with your clients and enhances your methods of communication. E-mail functionality provides the tools you need to communicate efficiently and professionally with your clients. You can set up automatic searches, which will automatically notify you or your clients of new listings that match their needs.
Info Center, Preferences and Privileges
The Info Center displays information relevant to your MLS business. Inbox links tell you when you have Hotsheet or auto search matches, or listings about to settle or expire.
In the My Account section, use Preferences to customize the MLS to work the way you want, such as choosing how certain aspects of MLS pages look and behave. Similarly, brokers and office managers can use Privileges to control which agents can access MLS functions, such as adding or changing listings.
