Virtual Office
Virtual Office websites require prospective clients to complete a registration form and log-in in order to view the broker-provided listing information. TREND assists brokers in this form of Internet Data Display by supplying listings for the website.

Roster Data
TREND licenses member and office roster information for the exclusive use of brokers and agents. The following data is available:
- Agent Roster - First Name, Last Name, Agent ID, Office ID and Office Phone.
- Office Roster - Office ID, Office Name, Office Phone, Office City and Office State.
Roster data cannot be sold, re-transmitted or transferred in any manner to any third party. Additionally, brokers and agents must use the roster data in compliance with
TREND Rules and Regulations, bylaws of any local association of REALTORS® and all applicable regulatory laws.
