WebEx allows TREND Help Desk representatives to meet with you simultaneously over the phone and in an online environment for an interactive customer service experience. During a session, TREND Help Desk representatives can take control of your computer to provide additional assistance and instruction.


To Begin a WebEx Session:
  1. Call TREND's toll free Help Desk number: 1-877-330-9900. WebEx must be used
    in coordination with a call to the Help Desk.
  2. Wait for a Help Desk representative to assist you.
