New Member Requirements and Application

REQUIREMENTS:

• Your office must already be a TREND member office and the broker/owner of the real estate or appraisal company must join TREND first before you can subscribe to TREND.
• You must be a licensed real estate broker, agent or appraiser, a certified appraiser or are unlicensed and assisting a broker, agent or appraiser.
• If your office has joined as a TREND REALTOR® member office, then your office's policy and/or the policies of the REALTOR® Association(s) your office is a member of, governs whether the sales agents, associate brokers and other certified or licensed appraisers in your office must join a REALTOR® Association (or pay a non-member assessment to an Association in lieu of joining).

New Member Application (approx. 100K download)

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Please read and understand all information contained in the New Member Application, including fees and billing policies.
2. Complete all pages of the application. (The Policy on Unlicensed Assistants is only required if you are joining as an unlicensed assistant.)
3. Use the last page to calculate the amount due. New member fess are prorated based on the number of months left in the current 6-month billing cycle.
4. Mail or fax all pages of the application to TREND. Please allow at least one business day from receipt of your application to process your membership request. If you send your application via U.S. Mail, please allow an additional 3-5 business days.
5. TREND Membership activation occurs after TREND has received payment of all membership fees and entered your information into our membership database.
6. Once your application is processed, you will receive an e-mail with your TREND Login Name and Password and instructions on how to enter the TREND website.
7. TREND strongly recommends that you attend a training course on the MLS. TREND offers training courses on the MLS and Public Records systems which range from introductory to intermediate lessons. These courses can give you an advantage and help you learn to make the most out of your TREND services and products.
