    Terrible timing. This conversion is happening during a very busy time for many people. After the holidays in January would have been much better.

    Doing this conversion before Christmas is totally inconvenient. Delay it until January. Trend worked just fine.

    I agree with all the comments regarding making this change the beginning of 2019. Terrible planning and not thought out. Change is great, but not this time of year. Perhaps something can be done to change the deadlines. ????

    Why is this required 1 week before Christmas? If improvements were needed, then improve Trend!! Why do we need to switch to something else? The absolute worst timing, not enough training opportunities and the shut down of Trend should be delayed until after January 1st. As the paying customer, your customer service is awful. And so is your planning.

    We always complain about changes - It is not the changes that are the problem, it is how they are delivered. I was on hold several times to try to speak to someone about getting my new Password: after several minutes of waiting, click, the phone went dead. I will try emailing again. I just want to convert and get started. I know that there are always kinks in any new system. Usually the tech doesn't understand why/and how often we use certain "data". We will eventually get it squared away and then it will change again. (yes, I did try to get in from the point that they suggested, still didn't work).

    It's a horrible new Bright system. Why do we need a change? Trend works perfect!!!!

    Data searches between Trend & Bright produce 2 different results in terms of actual closed sales utilizing the same search criteria. Please fix or leave Trend up and running until the bugs have been fixed. Mapping of sold properties do not show up, even a sale next door to the subject. Way too many bugs and inconsistencies. This will hurt Realtors when it comes to appraisals and searching for appropriate comparables.

    I'm really disgusted with this crap every couple years. This is what happens when there is no competition it should be called Comcast instead of Bright.

    I took the Search and More Bright training yesterday. Nina, the instructor, is from MD and she is not familiar with Trend. I think it would make more sense to have an Instructor who is familiar w/ Trend do the training. I welcome the new system. It appears to be similar to Trend. I'm NOT A FAN of the new Flood Zone requirement when entering a listing in Bright.

    Why can't we just keep Trend?
    This tutorial video is torture.
    I see zero advantage to switching from something that works fine (Trend) to a big fat dud.
    Who exactly does it benefit?

    Amazing that all these Realtors don't welcome the advancements as soon as they arrive. This is precisely why Realtors have a bad reputation and why this industry is behind the curve in every regard. If Realtors were in charge of pharmaceuticals, we'd still be using leeches. It's a very sad and unproductive mindset.

    I think this is going to really be a bit of a rush to get this system up and running due to the lack of classes being offered in the South Jersey area. They are either in Atlantic City or in Cherry Hill ??? They are scheduled at the Convention which I just saw are next week, Cherry Hill are the week before Christmas ?? Cumberland County (Vineland) ? Why would you roll out this now ,plus we have to go in and make sure all of the info missing is loaded by us.Will there be class held in Gloucester County and when ? I think we as paying members of our Boards need to be able to vote on who we use as and MLS paying customer and who controls who gets to use our listening to make money.

    Also, I do not have the need to have all of these states listings and pay to have access to them. Sorry but I am sick of moving to another MLS service.

    I attended two sessions in Frazer today and Tiffany was excellent! She was informative, knew the material, moved at a steady pace, answered our questions and got us out on time.

    There will be some work required on our part to complete the transition so preparation will be needed.

    Who do we call to complain about the inadequacies of this haphazard conversion? Our local board doesn't seem to be in control of the situation.. The average wait time on calls to BrightMLS is over 30 minutes.. Yesterday, when I was finally able to talk to a person, I was told that they were going to add some training classes in Mercer County and email the users by midnight regarding the dates and locations..We are still waiting..

    This tutorial is horrible!! The screen is blurry and not helpful at all..The instructor talks too fast..And why did you not offer training classes in Central NJ, Mercer and Burlington Counties where there are thousands of Trend users?? The nearest training class is more than 2 hours away...Lousy planning!!!
