With the growing number of townhomes in the marketplace, in both the suburbs and rural areas, consumers have become more confused as to where to search for these types of properties on
Realtor.com.
For some time, TREND has been working with Realtor.com to help remedy this situation. Starting April 15, 2009, TREND listings that are marked as property type Row/Townhouse/Cluster in MLS Blue will appear in the updated Condo/Townhome/RowHome/Co-Op category on REALTOR.com. This also means that members will no longer have to select "Condominium Association Yes" in MLS Blue in order for their townhome listings to appear in this category.
With this change, your clients will be able to find all of the listings they want and make your day to day business more effective and efficient.
