Since January 1, 2010, nearly 150,000 open houses have been entered into the MLS by the TREND community. And when all of those open houses were entered into the MLS, they weren’t just shared with other members of the TREND community; they were also shared with the more than 6 million potential buyers who visit REALTOR.com on a monthly basis2

And if having your open house information available on REALTOR.com wasn’t enough, we also make your open house information available to our over 90 IDX vendors. They have the ability to display that data on more than 1,100 individual IDX websites of TREND members.
