TREND’s new lineup of classes covers a wide variety of topics. Each one addresses specific aspects of the real estate industry and shows you how TREND can meet your business needs.


Like many real estate professionals, Chanel Thomas is always looking for ways to improve her bottom line. In these economic times, that certainly can be a daunting task.

An agent at RealEstate.com, REALTORS® in King of Prussia, Thomas was desperate to generate more leads and referrals – the bread and butter of her business. When she heard that TREND offered training on that subject, she registered for the one-hour session, called “Generate Leads & Referrals: An Action Plan to Win Business.” The result: she learned how to use TREND to expand her client base.

After attending the class on June 23, 2010, Thomas started right away using Contacts and Public Records to implement a marketing strategy for current and prospective clients. In the class, members are taught how to create mailing labels using TREND’s Public Records for seeking new clients.

“I’m ashamed to admit it, but I’m one of the people who was not aware of all of the things I could do with TREND,” Thomas said. She now feels empowered with knowledge and like she’s on the road to success. Plus, she signed up to take three more classes in July!

In the “Generate Leads & Referrals” class, you can learn how to use the “Get Set, TREND, Go!” method to create a schedule to maximize your exposure to prospective clients and minimizes the amount of time required to do it.

  • On-line – Attend a class from the comfort of your office, a coffee shop or in your favorite chair at home. All you need is a computer, Internet connection and telephone!
  • Training Locations – If you prefer to be there in person, classes are available at your county association or board.
