Inbox links are an easy and helpful way to stay on top of your listings, as well as other things associated with your TREND account. When you have Hotsheet matches, a link appears. When you have a bill, a link appears. When your morning coffee is ready, a link appears. Okay, maybe not links about your morning coffee, but you get the picture.
All the information that appears on the Info Center page, like inbox links, is customized to you. The links, news, and statistics that appear apply specifically to you, based on your geographic location, the role you play in your office and your listing information. It’s your
own personal dashboard.
Some of the most helpful links are the ones that keep you up to date on all of your listings. These links are customized to your listing information, letting you know when one of your listings is going to settle, expire or be moved to a pending status. These links, once clicked, take you to a specific report or page in the MLS.
Inbox links update daily
One of the other major advantages to inbox links is that they refresh on a daily basis. For example, on Monday, you have a link that says “You have listings settling within 30 days”, but you don’t have time to review it. When you come back into the MLS, say on Thursday, that link will be updated and read “You have listings settling within 27 days.”
Once you click on a link, it will disappear from your inbox. This will help you keep your list of links nice and neat, so you know that what appears is relevant or still needs to be addressed.
Links that keep you updated on your listings
