This gives you a better understanding of what information is being delivered about a property and ensure you’re relaying the most accurate information to your clients.
Clarifying square feet by labeling it as “approximate” and adding the source:
- The “Int SF” label will be changed to “Approx SqFt”
- A new label called “SqFt Source” will be added and display the source of the square footage, either Assessor, Listor or Seller.
Because it is extremely important to know the source of square footage information, this new label doesn’t use an abbreviation and therefore leaves no question about who provided that information. Hopefully, this makes it easier for you and your clients to understand where the information is coming from.
Exterior Lot Information clarified as “Approximate” also:
- The “Acr/SF” label will be split into two separate labels; “Approx Acr” and “Approx SqFt”
- The “Lot Dim” field will be renamed “ApproxDim”
With the changes that have been made to square footage labels on reports, you can now feel confident in the information that is appearing, and have no reservations about showing that information to your clients.
