MLS Blue uses a wizard to help you upload images. This makes it quicker and easier for you to include a collection of images with your listings that show home exteriors, interiors and realty-related views of virtually every kind.
Uses New Wizard
TREND streamlined many complex processes with MLS Blue by creating them as wizards. A wizard is an interactive interface which leads you through a complex task, by breaking the task down into multiple pages with one or two steps on each page.
By dividing the process, it becomes easier to understand and helps drive you through to your desired result. What will make the wizards used in MLS Blue even easier to understand is that they are all similar.
The wizard for
saving an auto search is similar to the one for creating a
Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), which is similar to the one for uploading images. The more you use them, the more familiar they will become and the easier and quicker they will be to complete!
Options for Uploading Images
MLS Blue's image wizard offers you new options to manage your listing photos more easily. You can now upload as multiple images at a time. This option lets you work faster than in the previous MLS where you had to upload one image at a time.
MLS Blue also allows you to restore images that you have previously uploaded and deleted. Deleted listing images are stored for six months from the original upload date.
Icons Make Editing Easy
Icons are used frequently throughout the MLS. The icons used in the Image Wizard provide you with an easy to understand, visual way to work quickly and efficiently with your listing images in MLS Blue. The icons on the Thumbnail View page (see above image) allow you to rotate, brighten, darken or adjust the contrast of your images, or re-order them.
MLS Blue allows you to identify listing photos by selecting captions, such as Exterior Front, Bedroom or Dining Room. The saved caption will appear under each image on reports. Captions are a great way to identify rooms that you want to highlight in the listing and ensure your clients understand and remember what they are viewing on the report.

You can also use the wizard to:
- Upload floor plans and agent photos.
- Click the "?" icon at the top of every page to get one-click access to specific, task-oriented instructions for uploading listing images.
MLS Blue's Image Wizard lets you upload multiple images at a time, click the icons to use the editing tools on the Thumbnail View page and add captions. In MLS Blue, TREND has added functionality and made uploading images easy so you can quickly add the extra value to your listings that will make them stand out and generate buyer interest!
COMING SOON! 12 Photos Allowed on Listings
That's right! Twelve photos! As implementation to MLS Blue wraps up, the first significant functionality enhancements to the system are in development. An increase in the number of photos allowed per listing from 6 to 12 will be coming soon. Also, TREND is working on enhancements which address the Active Under Contact (A/C) status issue and adding cumulative Days on Market (DOM) to the History report.
