Year in Review: MLS Blue Headlines 2007 for TREND

Some 2007 enhancements included:

• Document Upload: provides the ability to upload and save up to 5 documents per listing, either electronically or via fax.
• Active with Contingency Indicators: better describe the nature of the contingency when an agreement of sale is in effect.
• Listing Images: increased to 12.
• Image Cropping: restored to MLS Blue based upon member feedback.
• Enhanced Security: institutes the industry standard of security questions and generating a temporary password.

TREND understands that, in today's market, information crosses MLS borders. TREND continues to work with neighboring organizations to solve these information needs. We look forward to a 2008 that includes data sharing; establishing a RETS database which will initially support IDX feeds; and releasing sold content. With additional system enhancements, TREND will continue to enable you to conduct business more easily, and do so across an increasingly expanding marketplace.
