    Upcoming changes to support and billing

    As you know, we’re transitioning to Bright MLS. As part of this transition, you’ll notice changes around the beginning of April with billing and our Customer Support Center. Read on to learn more.

    New payment system to pay your bills

    We're moving to a new payment system. The new system will be within TREND—no need for a separate login and it will offer most of the features you currently have, like: the ability to pay online, save payment methods, pay by e-check, and enroll in auto-pay.

    The new portal will be used for your upcoming TREND semi-annual bills, which will be coming in April instead of March.

    Need your old bills? Print them now!

    Your previous bills paid through our current payment portal will not be available in the new system. If you need copies of these previous bills for your records, we strongly encourage you to log into the payment portal and print them or save the PDFs to your computer prior to March 30, 2017.

    New contact phone numbers for Bright Customer Support

    As part of the merger of MRIS and TREND, in April, the Rockville, MD and King of Prussia, PA support teams will become one unified Customer Support Center. This means you will have new toll-free phone numbers to contact our Customer Support Center as well as the business office.

    The old number will work for a period of time. We’ll post the new number once it's live, so you can update your information.

    I realize you are changing systems or merging them, however, I find it most difficult to see who listed, sold, or made their listing pending with the new number system for the brokerages. Unless you know all the brokerage numbers, there is no way to gather that information when reviewing listings daily from my dashboard connections.

    You do not currently owe any TREND fees. Also, we do not keep your credit card information on file. The next semi-annual billing will be coming in April at which time we will have the new payment portal. At that time you will receive instructions on paying your bill.
