    Take a tour of the new My Profile and Connect

    We recently made changes to how you manage your account, payment, and billing information in TREND. Let’s take a closer look at these changes and show you where to find everything!

    Welcome to Connect!



    Use Connect to update personal information, check which products you are subscribed to, and pay your bills.

    You can access Connect two ways:

    Access Connect from My Profile
    • Click the My TREND menu.
    • Under My Profile, click Connect.
    • Select TREND as your MLS.
    Access Connect from Pay Your Bills
    • Click the My TREND menu.
    • Under Other, click Pay Your Bills.

    Making it difficult to figure out how to pay our bills, is probably a bad business practice.

    I had trouble trying to pay by check also, but was helped to get to my profile page. It would not let me update anything such as adding that I'm licensed in three states; a wonderfully patient BRIGHT support "helper" updated my profile as best she could. However,there was no way to add REALTOR Emeritus to it. Why not, I ask. Hopefully I'll find that my mailed payment check has posted soon.

    hi kristin: happy to see you are on the "trend" side of life! i had the same problem reaching the site! when it comes to computer issues i always
    blame myself. tried to pay by check gave up and paid by a credit card. nice to know it was not me. best wishes sue ferris bhhs
