    Your MLS subscription bill is here —here’s a reminder of how to pay

    In the spring, we made changes to how you manage your account, payment, and billing information in TREND. It is time to renew your subscription. Here is a reminder of these changes and where to find everything!

    Over the next few weeks you will receive your semi-annual bill. As a reminder, your bills now come from “Bright MLS” and are due upon receipt.

    View your account in Connect


    Use Connect to update personal information, check which products you are subscribed to, and pay your bills. You can access Connect two ways:

    Access Connect from My Profile
    • Click the My TREND menu.
    • Under My Profile, click Connect.
    • Select TREND as your MLS.
    Access Connect from Pay Your Bills
    • Click the My TREND menu.
    • Under Other, click Pay Your Bills.

    Enroll in auto pay


    Managing your clients, as well as all of the other needs in your real estate business can be a lot of work. Having your MLS balances automatically paid can take one of those many items off your to-do list. And an email is always sent notifying you before the charge is placed, so you aren't taken by surprise.

    To sign up for auto pay, log in to www.trendmls.com and choose My TREND. Under the My Profile section, you’ll see Connect. When you choose this option, a new window will open. Select TREND as your MLS, this will take you into your account.

    If you have a credit card on file:
    1. Select My Subscription then My Payment Methods
    2. Select your desired card and click the edit icon (the icon to the left of the trash can).
    3. Check the box for automatic payments at the bottom
    4. Click Submit
    If you have not set up a payment method:
    1. Select My Subscription then My Payment Methods
    2. Select Add New Payment Method
    3. Enter your card information
    4. Select the card as your automatic payment method by checking the box at the bottom
    5. Click Submit
    Note: If you have an existing balance at the time you set up your automatic payment method (either for a new or an existing card), you will need to pay your balance. Your automatic payment card will only pay a balance if it was set up for automatic payment prior to the balance being posted.

    How can Trend threaten a 10+% late fee without stating when it will be late? How about putting a due date somewhere??

    When does payment need to be received to avoid suspension/late fee. No due date on the bill doesn't help us to know when the bill must be paid, also with all the online issues with paying I had considered mailing my payment, but don't want to risk my account being suspended. Please respond with the latest date due without suspension of services.

    I agree, that the bill should have a due date. Also, I think the overwhelming number of statistics in Bright which most busy agents do
    not use is nothing more than a justification to raise the membership dues.
    Let's find out what is used, streamline the system, and get the dues down to half.

    You may want to send out an actual email rather than depending on agents to know that this is the notice. I read the news every day and thought this article was just about how to pay the bill. Then I got a notice that I was going to be charged a late few. Given that many NEVER read this information, I advised others in my office that their bill was due and found several who were waiting for an email.

    Customer support is very bad — o help the web site doesn’t allow you to pay your bill - and they have the nerve to say they will charge a late — this is a mess to deal with — let’s get the old Trend back ???

    Click Support in the menu and type 13814 in the bar. This help topic will give you step-by-step instructions on how to print a receipt.

    You can access your bill by going to MY TREND at the top of your screen and choosing Connect. Choose My Subscriptions and Pay My Bill.

    Late fees are issued 25 days after the bill is issued.

    Just had the same issues trying to pay my bill. Called for support and they were not able to resolve the problem. The issue might be using the Safari browser on a Mac. Switch to a Windows PC, used Google and was able to pay.

    Your notice states bills are due upon receipt and "Please pay your balance now to avoid a $25 late fee". Pay my bill link has minimal information. What is the date of my bill, terms, and due date? When do we incur the late fee?
