Agents need to be held accountable for inaccurate data as this leads to inaccurate market statistics. I come across bogus data on a daily basis. I report this on occasion; however, to report every inaccuracy I see would amount to a part-time job. For example: sale prices that are not accurate when checked against the deed available online, properties listed as sold that did not actually sell, properties in pending status for years, condominiums not properly listed as condos in the ownership, listings with no photos, etc...

I used to be able to cut and paste the Market Stats for a zip code when trying to obtain a handle on the market.
Now the stat page is too large for my cut and paste, Why did you guys change the format

Trend's market statistics are seriously flawed. I have very little confidence in using reports that are generated from their information. I can give a very simple example. If you look at the Q3 Industry Watch report for Chester County, you'll see that the 19073 zip code reports 7 closed sales, and a reported -92.1% year-over-year change. That would mean that Q3 sales for that zip code in 2016 totalled 89 sales! That's a huge difference. In actuality, there were only 2 sales last year. The change should be reported as a +250% change. There are several other errors in that one chart. How are we supposed to trust Trend's numbers, if there are random statistical errors? I find that I must do a lot of double-checking the information before compiling reports, not something I a dues-paying member should have to do. Trend needs to clean up its statistics and calculations, and do a better job of verifying information is accurate, before they can tout the reliability or accuracy of the information.

The Market TRENDs are sent through email and posted on the homepage on a monthly basis, shortly after the 15th of the month.
