    Your MLS subscription bill is here — How do I pay?

    Your MLS subscription bill is available. How do you pay? What can you do to make the billing process easier? Learn more about your TREND bill and how to pay it.

    Over the next few weeks you will receive your semi-annual bill. As a reminder, your bills now come from “Bright MLS” and are due upon receipt.

    View your account in Connect

    Use Connect to update personal information, check which products you are subscribed to, and pay your bills. You can access Connect two ways:

    Access Connect from My Profile
    • Click the My TREND menu.
    • Under My Profile, click Connect.
    • Select TREND as your MLS.
    Access Connect from Pay Your Bills
    • Click the My TREND menu.
    • Under Other, click Pay Your Bills.

    Enroll in auto pay

    Managing your clients, as well as all of the other needs in your real estate business can be a lot of work. Having your MLS balances automatically paid can take one of those many items off your to-do list. And an email is always sent notifying you before the charge is placed, so you aren't taken by surprise.

    To sign up for auto pay, log in to www.trendmls.com and choose My TREND. Under the My Profile section, you’ll see Connect. When you choose this option, a new window will open. Select TREND as your MLS, this will take you into your account.

    If you have a credit card on file:
    1. Select My Subscription then My Payment Methods
    2. Select your desired card and click the edit icon (the icon to the left of the trash can).
    3. Check the box for automatic payments at the bottom
    4. Click Submit
    If you have not set up a payment method:
    1. Select My Subscription then My Payment Methods
    2. Select Add New Payment Method
    3. Enter your card information
    4. Select the card as your automatic payment method by checking the box at the bottom
    5. Click Submit
    Note: If you have an existing balance at the time you set up your automatic payment method (either for a new or an existing card), you will need to pay your balance. Your automatic payment card will only pay a balance if it was set up for automatic payment prior to the balance being posted.
