The Multi-family section on the Multi-List, does not give enough information. Examples, rents per unit, rooms per unit. square footage per unit

The IDX fees for my office INCREASED from $28.00 per month for my entire office to $12.50 per month, per agent. In an office with over 100 agents that's up 4500%. That's what you call bringing us in line?

Original TREND was the best, "TREND on Matrix" is digested with efforts last year!! This year again now BRIGHT MLS!!
    I already paid "INCREASED FEES ". Direct $48 increased/ yearly 13% ?
I am curious, can you provide list of services increased, Please?
Most of the time when you merge two companies or two systems, overhead expenses should be less for all members.

MR. Weber's questions are waiting & we all are waiting too, mainly "FIND " & 'Quality of Map' feature,

    thanks,

Hello, Would you be able to add to search criteria? I would love to be able to choose fenced back yard and full bath main floor for example on both selling listings and Rental listings - Not just choose In-law suites - Why can we no longer print the seller's disclosure on some listings?
Why are maps available to click on for some listings and not others?
We live and die by our ability to see where a property is located quickly because competition for clients is fierce from outside companies right now - Buyers and Renters who are relocating often have time constraints and we simply do not have the time to go to another website to search locations.
PS Also curious for answers to the above questions posed by Joseph Weber. Thanks!

It's been 20 days since the questions here were posed by Joseph and Landa. Are we going to get answers?

There are several things which have changed since the transformation that are not mentioned on your graphic and are decidedly not improvements to the system
    1. "FIND" has disappeared from our search options- why?
    2. Available sent email history has been drastically shortened - why?
    3. While the Central Jersey MLS also uses the Matrix platform and allows
250 listings in a hot sheet display, Trend only permits 50- why?
    4. The quality of the aerial map display is now extremely poor, making
it difficult or impossible to see if a property backs up to high
    tension power lines- why???

Hmm...this graphic is a little confusing. Are we on the black side or the red side?
