Custom feeds
Customized data feeds are available from TREND to facilitate the Internet Data Display of listings on your company or firm's website. Feeds can be tailored to include various listing information, including photos.
Virtual office
By operating a Virtual Office Website, prospective clients must complete a registration form to log-in and view broker-provided listing information. TREND assists you with this form of Internet Data Display by supplying listings for
your site.
Roster data
You can license the following member and office roster information:
- Agent Roster – First Name, Last Name, Agent ID, Office ID and Office Phone.
- Office Roster – Office ID, Office Name, Office Phone, Office City, Office State.
Roster data cannot be sold, re-transmitted or transferred in any manner to any third party. Additionally, you must use the roster data in compliance with our
Rules and Regulations, bylaws of your local association of REALTORS® and all applicable regulatory laws.
