Kurt came to TREND as an Account Executive in 2006 and currently serves as a Supervisor. He earned his bachelor's degree in communications and theater from Ursinus College and attained a graduate certification in educational technology from West Chester University. He is an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) ABR and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and have completed additional classes in education and business practices. An antique home aficionado, Kurt has never lived in a home less than 90 years old and he is currently restoring a 1918 arts and crafts-style home.

Dave came to TREND in March 2008 with a wealth of training experience after working in the private sector for the past 10 years. Previously, Dave served as a project supervisor for Arbor Education & Training. Prior to that, he was employed by the Devereux Foundation as a compliance and training coordinator. After earning undergraduate degrees from West Chester University and Cheyney University, he completed his master's at Springfield College. Before becoming an Account Executive in 2007, Patty held the position of Technology and Marketing Administrator for a Century 21 real estate company in New Jersey.
