TREND's Public Records includes tax roll data, deed, lien and sale information, property characteristics, location-enhancing data, such as Zip+4 and carrier routes, annual tax rates and tax histories, flood data and tax maps, land use codes and zoning information for 5 million parcels for 37 counties in Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Maryland.
