Manager

Joined TREND: In 2010.

Education: Bachelor's degree in criminal justice from LaSalle University; master's degree in Information Systems Management from Regis University.

Experience: Several years of support center management; and specializes in process development and process development and process improvement.

Hobbies: Working out, playing basketball and golf, reading, writing and listening to music.

Team Leader

Joined TREND: In 2008.

Education: Working toward bachelor's degree in Information Systems at Albright College.

Designations: A+ certification with Comp Tia.

Experience: Worked in service industry and maintained second career in computer repair.

Hobbies: Playing ice hockey and die-hard Philadelphia Flyers fan.

Joined TREND: August 2012.

Education: Israel attended Penn State University to obtain his degree.

Experience:: Israel brings 10+ years of customer service and sales experience in various industries to the TREND Support Center.

Hobbies: In his spare time, Israel enjoys making jewelry, reading, writing and teaching poetry.

In Her Words: Israel likes to keep it simple: "I love helping other people!"

Shamberger
Specialist

Joined TREND: November 2011

Education: Attended Montgomery County Community College.

Experience: Spent 2 years as a licensed real estate agent and more than 12 years in the customer service sector.

Hobbies: For the past 5 years, Rodney has coached high school football. He also enjoys playing video games and spending time with his wonderful wife.

Education: AAS in Computer Forensics from the Community College of Philadelphia. Also has COMPTIA A+ Certification.

Experience: Former General Manager Chessesteaktees.com and Guacamole.

Interests: Online and Board games, comic books, working out and Star Wars.

Education: Associate's degree in electro-technical engineering from UIT de Nimes, France; attended CHI Institute.

Designations: Certified HDI® Support Center Team Lead; and Microsoft A+ Certification.

Experience: Worked for various customer service industries for more than 20 years.

Hobbies: Home improvement projects, playing soccer, running and traveling.

Specialist

Joined TREND: September 2012.

Education: Sirron has a Bachelor's in Mass Communications and a Master's in Instructional Technology (MSIT) from Bloomsburg University.

Experience: Advantage Finance and Payroll Specialist at School District of Philadelphia.

Hobbies: In his spare time, Sirron likes to run, both for health and competitively. He also enjoys photography, reading, personal finance and he volunteers with Brothers of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Incorporated.

Hobbies: Working on cars, including audio components and customizing cars, electronics, kayaking and skiing.
