Non-REALTOR® Deposit is a refundable deposit required for all new offices not belonging to a REALTOR® Association, to assure payment of costs associated with an arbitration or hearing involving an alleged violation of the Standards of Conduct for TREND Participants. (see TREND Rules and Regulations, Section 23.2)

- Have a valid real estate broker's license.
- Join TREND before any agents or unlicensed assistants in your office.

Full Office
Application |
If your office is located within our 13 primary counties, you and your office can only join TREND as a Full Office. Membership for all agents, appraisers and assistants in your office is required, with each one completing a New Member Application. |

Middlesex Office
Application |
If your office is located within Middlesex County, you and your office can join TREND as a Middlesex Reciprocal Office. While you and your office are required to join, agents, appraisers and assistants in your office have the option to join only if they want to do so. |

Limited Office Application |
If your office is not located within our 13 primary counties and you belong to another MLS, you and your office can join TREND as a Limited Office. While you and your office are required to join, agents, appraisers and assistants in your office have the option to join only if they want to do so.

into TREND (available to Pocono Mountain Association of REALTORS®
members only). |
