A member-defined search which includes a name, fields, and criteria. A Saved Search can be attached to one contact and set to run automatically.
When saving this information, remember saved search name and contact name appear on client reports and in the e-mail subject line.
TREND has implemented limits on the number of Auto Searches, Auto Client Matches and Saved Searches to better manage the resources needed to generate the notices and the amount of e-mail generated each night.
- Auto Client Matches are run nightly at approximately 8:00pm. This process runs once daily, and any new matches will not appear until the search is run again the next day.
- Auto Searches are run every morning at approximately 2:00am. This process runs once daily, any new matches will not appear until the search is run again the next day.
If for some reason a search does not run, you will see a system status update on the homepage that says "MLS Auto Search Jobs" with a red light next to it. This means that no search was run, we are aware of it and we are working on resolving the issue.
A Saved Search that is set to run automatically becomes either a Auto Search or Auto Client Matches, depending on how it is set up.

A Saved Search that has the potential to run automatically every day as part of a job. An Auto Search can be set up to send email to a member, can be attached to a contact, and can include all statuses. An Auto Search is not emailed to clients.
On this page, you can add new contacts, suspend all Auto Searches, send email without items, export contacts, set preferences, add or edit groups, edit contact information, and add notes.
On the right side of the page, in the Show drop-down, you can select to show all contacts or contacts by group. The default is All. If you have no groups setup, No Groups appears as a selection option.
