Pay bill through the mail

If you received a bill in the mail:
- Detach the top portion of your bill.
- Make out a check or money order, payable to TREND, in the full amount.
- Please write your member number on the check. (Your member number can be found under the )
- Place both items in the pre-addressed envelope that was included with your bill.
- If you do not have the pre-addressed envelope, you can mail your payment to:

If you received a bill electronically but do not want to pay it on-line:
- Click the My Account tab.
- Click Billing in the blue bar.
(The Billing pop-up window will open.)
- Click the Billing (pay your bill here) link.
- Click the View Paid and Unpaid Invoices link located at the bottom right of the page.
- Select the invoice you want to pay by clicking the invoice number in the first column.
- Print the invoice.
- In an envelope, be sure to include:
- Your printed invoice
- A check or money order made out in the full amount. If you are paying by check, be sure to include your member number on the check.
- Mail the payment to:
