Pay bill through the mail

If you received a bill in the mail:

  1. Detach the top portion of your bill.
  2. Make out a check or money order, payable to TREND, in the full amount.
  3. Place both items in the pre-addressed envelope that was included with your bill.
  4. If you do not have the pre-addressed envelope, you can mail your payment to:

    TREND Payment Center

If you received a bill electronically but do not want to pay it on-line:

  1. Click the My Account tab.
  2. Click Billing in the blue bar.

    (The Billing pop-up window will open.)

  3. Click the Billing (pay your bill here) link.
  4. Click the View Paid and Unpaid Invoices link located at the bottom right of the page.
  5. Select the invoice you want to pay by clicking the invoice number in the first column.
  6. Print the invoice.
  7. In an envelope, be sure to include:
    • Your printed invoice
    • A check or money order made out in the full amount. If you are paying by check, be sure to include your member number on the check.
  8. Mail the payment to:

    TREND Payment Center
