Market Statistics

Help Topic 2037

The Market Statistics functionality enables you to market activity for a particular county or township for a chosen time period by month and year.

Detailed reports appear in the MLS. They can be printed for additional use.

Performing a Statistical search

1. Click the MLS tab.
2. Hover over Statistics and click Market Statistics.
3. Choose and/or enter the following information:
   • Choose a property category
   • Choose an MLS area
   • Enter a date range
   • Enter a price range
4. Click Report.

   (The results will on the screen)

5. Click Print .

   (The Print pop-up window will appear.)

6. Click Print.

   (A print dialog box will appear.)

7. Select your printer.
8. Click Print.
9. Close the "Print Preview" and "Print Options" windows.
10. You will be returned to the Market Statistics page.

Information in MLS Blue is updated instantaneously when it is entered, so you always have access to the most current market activity.

Information is available for all counties in TREND's MLS Listing Coverage Area. Statistical information includes:

• Date
• Units listed
• Listed volume
• Listed average
• Units sold
• Sold volume
• Sold average
• Average days on market

Inventory Accumulation for the last 12 months

• Current Inventory- Based on the actual available properties on the date this report was created.
• Current average
• Average monthly sales- Average sales for the last 12 full months.
• Inventory Accumulation- The number of months equals Current Inventory Units divided by Average Monthly Sales.

Pricing Details for Sold Units for the Date Range selected

• Minimum prices
• Maximum prices
• Average prices

The criteria used in your search also appears at the bottom of the results screen.
