Spell Check pop-up page

The Spell Check pop-up page appears after you click the Spell Check button. Spell Check is available on various pages and wizards, including:

• Comparative Market Analysis (CMA)
• E-Card
• E-mail
• Flyer
• Some preferences wizards

When the Spell Check program finds a word that is misspelled or not in Spell Check dictionary, the Spell Check pop-up page appears with the flagged word in the Not in Dictionary box. The nearest match appears in the Replace With box, along with additional word suggestions in the Suggestions box.

You can choose to replace the flagged word with the word in the Replace With box if that applies, or you can scroll through the words in the Suggestions box and select the word you want. You can also choose to have Spell Check ignore this occurrence or all occurrences of the word.

After you make a word replacement choice or ignore the occurrence, Spell Check continues the spell check process until it finds another potential spelling error. When Spell Check completes, a confirmation pop-up box appears.

Fields

The following fields are available on this page:

Not in Dictionary: Shows the flagged word not found in the dictionary. Indicates a potential misspelling.

Replace With: Shows the suggested word to replace the flagged word in the Not in Dictionary box. This is an auto-populated value. This word might be the word you are looking for.

Suggestions: Shows additional suggested words that might be valid replacements for the flagged word in the Not in Dictionary box. You can scroll this list to find the word you want.
