Check spelling in an email

Help Topic 2894

  1. Access one of these pages, depending on what you want to email to a client:
    • Reports
    • Flyer
    • Comparative Market Analysis
    • Buyer Closing Costs
    • Seller Closing Costs
    • Amortization Schedule
    • Contacts (for an email with no links or reports attached)
  2. Click E-mail.

    (The New Email page appears.)

  3. Click Spell Check.

    (The Spell Check process begins. When Spell Check finds a misspelling or a word not in the Spell Check dictionary, the Spell Check pop-up page appears.)

  4. On the Spell Check pop-up page, determine whether to replace the flagged word, replace all occurrences, ignore the word, or ignore all occurrences of the word.

    (Spell Check continues until a pop-up confirmation box appears.)

  5. Click OK to close the pop-up confirmation box.

    (The New Email page reappears.)
