Search for a lot, land, or farm listing

Help Topic 381

1. Click the MLS tab.
2. Hover over Search and click Listings.
3. From the Category drop-down menu, select Lots/Land/Farms.
4. From the Template drop down menu, select the search template you want to use.
5. You can add additional search fields by click the View Fields button.
6. Enter your search criteria. Available fields are:
   • Status (required)
   • Prices (required)
   • Area (required)
   • Dates
   • Lot & Road Description
   • Exterior
   • Interior
   • Utilities
   • Condo & HOA
   • Location and Schools
   • Listing Info
   • Legal
7. Once all of your criteria is entered, click Next.

   (You can return a maximum of 200 results.)

8. The number of results will appear in the upper right corner of the screen.

   (You can edit your search criteria to either narrow down or expand your search results.)

   Once you have conducted a search in the MLS, you can easily edit your search criteria to either narrow down or broaden your results.

   1. View your search criteria in the Listing Search Criteria box on the right side of the screen.

      

   2. To remove individual search criteria, click the X next to that particular item.
   3. Your result set will automatically update.
   4. To edit individual criteria, such as Status or Price, click the Pencil.
   5. If you use the Pencil to edit your criteria, click Next.
   6. Your number of search results will be displayed in the upper right corner in the gray bar.
   7. Once you have your desired results, click View Results.
9. Click View Results.
