Cross street lookup
Help Topic 465
With Cross Street Lookup, you can easily find a cross street within a specific county. The default county (as set in 
Preferences) appears initially in the County drop-down.

On the Search Preferences page, you can set default preferences for various boxes and options on the Search pages. The preferences apply to your account only. To restore defaults, click Restore Standard Settings.
Category for Listings, Hotsheet, Broker Tour and Open House Searches
Description: |
Specifies the Category that is pre-selected for your Listings, Hotsheet, Broker Tour and Open House Searches. |
How to Enter/Update: |

Category for Address Search
Description: |
Specifies the Category(ies) that are pre-selected for your Address Searches. |

Click each check box that you would like to be pre-selected. More than one can be selected. |
County
Description: |
Specifies the county you would like selected within the MLS site in pick lists and other county related fields. |

Click the drop-down menu to select a county. |
Default Report
Description: |
Specifies the default report that you would like to be displayed every time search results are displayed. |

Default Broker Tour and Open House Report
Description: |
Specifies the default report that you would like to be displayed every time Broker Tour and Open House search results are displayed. |

Broker Tour and Open House Rolling Date
Description: |
Specifies the time period for the rolling date when Broker Tour Date or Open House Date is picked on the Broker Tour and Open House Search screen. |

In the free form field enter a number between 1 and 9999, then click the drop-down menu to select either Day(s), Week(s), or Month(s). |
Max Panning Speed
Description: |
Specifies the speed with which the map automatically pan when you approach the edge of the map as you draw shapes on the map. |
How to Enter/Update: |
Click the drop-down menu to select either Slow, Medium or Fast. |
Map Proportional Panning Speed
Description: |
Specifies if you would like the speed of panning to increase as you get closer to the edge of the map while drawing shapes on the map. |
How to Enter/Update: |
Click the check box to turn the option on and off. A check mark is displayed in the box when the option is turned on. |
Search Template
Description: |
Specifies the template that is displayed on the Listings Search screen. |

Settled Date
Description: |
Specifies th time period for Settled status date when Settled status is picked on the search screen. |

To select a cross street:
- In the County drop-down, click the drop-down arrow and select the county where the street is located.
- In the Filter box, enter the first few letters of the street and click Update. (If applicable)
(TREND searches the database and displays a limited selection based on what you entered.)
- In the Filter list, click the street or streets that you want.
To select multiple, sequential streets, hold down SHIFT and click the first street then click the last street you want. To select multiple, non-sequential streets, hold down CTRL and click each street you want.
- Click the arrow that points to the right.
(The streets you selected move into the Selected list.)
- Click OK.
