Set your preferred billing method

The preferred billing method allows you to decide how you want to receive your semi-annual bill from TREND. You can either receive your bill electronically or through the mail.
- Click the My Account tab.
- Click Home Address located on the left side of the screen.
- In the Preferred Billing Method section, click the radio button next to either:
- Electronic: you will receive your bill in your personal e-mail as well through an Inbox link on the TREND Homepage
- U.S. Mail: you will receive your bill through the mail. There is an extra $15 charge for requesting a paper bill.
- Click Save.
Waiving the $15 paper bill fee
If you have received your paper bill but don't want to pay the paper bill fee, you can waive it by following these steps and changing your preferred billing method to Electronic:
- Click the My Account tab.
- Click E-mail and Web Address on the left side of the screen.
- Enter a valid e-mail address in the E-mail Address box.
- Click Save.
- Click Home Address located on the left side of the screen.
- In the Preferred Billing Method section, click the radio button next to Electronic.
- Click Save.
- Click the Contact Us link in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Select "Billing" from the Topic drop-down menu and enter a message to tell us you have changed your billing preference to electronic.
- Click Send.
