I can't find info about acreage and land square footage

Problem

When trying to enter approximate acreage and land square footage, that information cannot be determined because it is not available to the listing office from Public Records or any other source?

Reason

Occasionally the data in TREND Public Records does not include a figure for the acreage of a property.

Solution

When this is the case, TREND recommends zeros be entered in both the Approximate Acreage and Approximate Land SqFt fields. In the Approximate Lot Dimensions field TREND recommends entry of whatever information is available in Public Records. If information is provided from a source other than Public Records, the source of that information should be disclosed somewhere in the listing.
