Expiration date greater than one year

Problem

The system won't let me enter an expiration date greater than one year.

Reason

TREND currently does not allow members to enter an expiration date greater than one (1) year of the current date. We understand that, in some states, listing contracts extend beyond one year, and we are currently looking into making changes that will allow users (in those states that permit it) to enter expiration dates greater than one year.

Solution

To update a listing with an expiration date greater than one (1) year, please fax a completed Listing Update Form to the TREND Support Center at 610-783-4699.
