All right, title, and interest in each copy of every Multiple Listing compilation and image created and copyrighted by TREND shall at all times remain vested in TREND. TREND reserves the right, upon withdrawal, suspension or termination of Participation, to require each Participant and Subscriber to immediately, upon request, return all software used to access TREND.
