Section 11.4 Image Copyright

Participant acknowledges that any copyright and ownership interest in property images taken by TREND photographers shall belong to TREND. Copyright and ownership interests in images submitted by Participants, shall remain with the Participant, however, Participant licenses TREND to reproduce, distribute and transform the image and place a TREND copyright legend on the image. Participant shall not alter or remove TREND’s copyright legend from any image except that Participant may remove said legend from Participant’s own images for use in print media in which the Participant has control. Except for property images taken by TREND photographers, Participants and/or Subscribers shall not use images from a prior listing of a property for a current listing of a property without the express consent of the owner of proprietary rights in the images.
