Section 14. Changes in Rules and Regulations

Amendments to the Rules and Regulations of TREND shall be by consideration and approval of the Board of Directors of TREND, in accordance with the provisions of the Bylaws of TREND.

Notice of changes in these Rules and Regulations shall be deemed given when transmitted either by facsimile, electronic communication, U.S. Mail or overnight courier to the Participant.
