License and Association

Here, you can change your local board or association and add professional designations. Fields with an asterisk(*) are not required for Unlicensed Assistants.

Re License Type*

How it is used:

This information is for TREND records, but is not seen by other TREND members.

Description:

Please select the type of license you hold: Broker of Record (B), Certified Appraiser (C), Licensed Appraiser (L), Associate Broker (O), Salesperson (S), Not Licensed (U).

How to Enter/Update:

Use the drop down box to choose your license type and then click Save.

Re License Number*

How it is used:

This information may appear on your E-Card based on the state in which you work. In Pennsylvania, this number will always display. In Delaware and New Jersey, you can choose whether to display your license number.

Description:

Please enter the number on your license. If you are newly licensed, you may enter your temporary number.

How to Enter/Update:

Enter your license number and click Save in the top right.

Format:

Please be sure to include proper formatting, including letters, numbers and dashes. Below are acceptable RE Licensee number formats for members who are licensed in DE, NJ or PA.

Re License Exp Date*

Description:

The date in which your real estate license will expire.

How to Enter/Update:

Enter the date and click the Save button.

Format:

DD/MM/YYYY

Re License State

Description:

Agents should be licensed in the state where their office is located in. This number automatically fills from the Office State field and cannot be changed.

How it is used:

By selecting a Association / Board, you will see any news items entered for that Association / Board under "My News" on the Homepage. The Association that you select also sets criteria for other forms of communication you may receive from TREND.

Description:

This is you local Association/Board of REALTORS® of which you are a member.

How to Enter/Update:

Use the drop down box to choose your association and then click Save.

Based on your office’s TREND membership, TREND has pre-selected a list of Associations that you may belong to. Some members will have two options, "Show Suggested Associations" or "Show All Associations." If the Association you belong to does not appear on your list, please select the closest available option (or choose "NONE") to complete this section and then Contact TREND.
