Though the My Products section, you can enable Flood Data reports in Public Records.

Flood Data Subscription

How it is used:

Activating the Flood Data subscription does not cost anything and will allow you to view Flood reports in Public Records.

If you have already subscribed to Flood Data, but you have not used the Flood Data report in Public Records for six months, you will be required to simply re-subscribe.

Description:

After activating your subscription you will be granted access to the Flood Data Report in Public Records.

Also we have provided a list of Flood Zone Code Definitions.

How to Enter/Update:

To sign-up for the Flood Data Subscription, select the check box, then complete all the appropriate fields below.

  1. Click in the check box next to "Activate Flood Data Subscription."
  2. Choose a Primary Business from the drop down box.
  3. Answer Yes or No for "Do you have a current Flood Data source?"
    • If you answer Yes, name the source below.
    • You must also answer if you plan to keep the source.
  4. Select what you use flood data for: Appraisals, Commercial Sales/Rentals, Land Sales, Property Management, Residential Rentals, Relocation Services, Residential Sales or Other. If you choose "Other," you must specify.
  5. Click Save.
