Email contacts without sending listings

Help Topic 1111

  1. Click the MLS tab.
  2. Hover over Client Relations and click Contacts.
  3. Click the box beside the contact you want to e-mail.
  4. Click E-mail.

    (The New E-mail page appears.)

  5. Check the boxes at the top of the page as needed.(Optional)
  6. In the Subject field, enter a subject or description for this email.
  7. In the Message field, enter a message or select an existing saved message.
  8. In the Signature field, enter a signature or select an existing saved signature.
  9. Click Spell Check to check spelling in the email. (Optional)
  10. Click Send.

    (A progress bar appears and then the Email Status page appears.)

  11. On the Email Status page, view the results and click Close.
