Edit the price of a listing

Edit the price of an unpublished listing

1. Click the MLS tab.
2. Hover over Listing Management and click New/Unpublished Listings.
3. Locate the listing you want to edit.
4. From the Action drop-down menu, select Edit Listing.
5. Click Go.
6. Navigate to the "Brokerage Information" section of the page.
7. Enter the new price of the listing.
8. You can either:

   Publish Later

   

   Clicking the Publish Later button will enable you to save your listing and publish it to the MLS when you are ready to have it be viewed by everyone.

   Publish to MLS

   

   Clicking the Publish to MLS button will make your listing available in the MLS, and, if you have chosen to, will make it available to potential clients on IDX websites and Listing Syndication websites.

9. If you choose to Publish Later, you will be returned to the New/Unpublished Listings page.
10. If you choose to Publish to MLS, you will be returned to the Published Listings page.

Edit the price of a published listing

1. Click the MLS tab.
2. Conduct an MLS search for your listing. Click the Pencil under the listing you want to edit. (If you conduct an MLS search, skip to step 6.)

   OR

3. Hover over Listing Management and click Edit Published Listings.
4. Search for the published listing you want to edit.
5. In the Search Results section, find the appropriate listing.
6. From the Action drop-down menu, select Edit Price.
7. Click Go.

   (The Price Change pop-up window will appear.)

8. Enter the new price of the listing.
9. Click the Change the Price button.

   (A confirmation window will appear.)

10. Click OK.
