Contacting the Support Center

There are many different ways to contact the TREND Support Center. If you have questions, comments or just need some help entering a listing, our Support Center Specialists are here to help in a way that best suits you. We are available to you during the following hours:
- Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM-8:00 pm
- Saturday-Sunday: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM

Phone/Fax
Call the Support Center and you'll be connected to a knowledgeable and friendly Specialist that will provide you with personalized support.

Email
Send us an email and we'll get back to you as quickly as possible to help resolve any issue. Send us an email directly from your personal email address or use the Contact Us link located in the upper right corner of most pages within TREND.
Sending a Request:
Click on "Contact Us" available in the top right corner of many pages in TREND.
- Under "TREND should reply via," select E-mail.
- Check to make sure your email address is correct. If not, please update it in My Profile.
- Complete the rest of the form by selecting the most appropriate Topic and entering your Message, then click Send.
- Within approximately 5-10 minutes, your request will appear in the Support Center Messages section with an ID number.
You must use the Contact the Support Center form and request to receive your reply via e-mail for your communication to appear in the Support Center Messages section.
Viewing a Response
When a Support Center Specialist has responded to your message you will see the following:
- An email containing the response to your message.
- A link in your My Inbox which reads, "You have Support Center Messages." Click on it to go to the main Support Center Messages page.
- The main Support Center Messages page will show new or unread messages from TREND's Support Center as highlighted.
- Click on the Topic name to read all the communications, including the most recent reply, between you and the Support Center on that item. The most recent reply will appear at the top of the page.
- Communications are removed from the Support Center Messages section 60 days after the last correspondence.
TO REPLY BACK REGARDING AN ALREADY EXISTING SUPPORT CENTER MESSAGE:
- From the email: use the link which says "To respond to this message, click the link below." (Clicking on the link will prompt you to login to the website.)
- From within www.trendmls.com: use the "Reply to this message" button.
- Each time you have a question or comment UNRELATED to any messages you already have appearing the Support Center Messages section, please use the Contact the Support Center form to submit a new item.

Chat
During business hours, you can chat with one of our Specialists. Simply click the located in the upper right corner of most pages within TREND. When chat is available, the link will be orange.
When the link is clicked, Live Chat will open in a new window. When you are connected to a Support Specialist, their picture will appear within the Live Chat screen.
Online Support
TREND's online support center gets you the help you need 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. From anywhere in TREND, you can either enter a keyword in the Search box at the top right of any page and click Go or you can click any to open help related to the page you are on.
