Accuracy issue

You can now report incorrect information and data within TREND's MLS and Public Records systems from a link found on each listing. However, if incorrect data is found within a partner listing, you must contact either the originating MLS or the listing agent directly to report the inconsistency. Agent contact information can be found on the Member Full report.
PUBLIC RECORDS ACCURACY ISSUE LINK
The Accuracy Issue Link in Public Records can be found on the Property Details Report. Some information believed to be incorrect or missing may not be available or included in the database. For information on the data available for each county, go to the County Information Center.
- Click on the hyperlink to open the Dialog Box that displays the data and the date range of data available for that tax record then click "Continue" to open the contact form or "Cancel" to close the web dialog box.
- You will see the Tax ID # and address of that property.
- Your name and office name will auto-fill.
- Select the appropriate topic:
- Assessment and Tax Info
- Flood Data
- Geo-Code/Census Info
- MLS Link/Photo
- Mortgage Info
- Owner/Sale Info
- Phone number/Opt-Out info
- Property Address
- Property Characteristics
- Street Map
- Tax Maps
- Other
- Incorrect Contingency
- Unreported Agreement
- Enter your message and click Submit or Cancel.
- A Web Page Dialog box will appear informing you that your Accuracy Issue has been submitted.
- When a reply is ready you will see a link in your My Inbox which says You have Support Center Messages. Clicking this link will take you to the Support Center Messages page.
- Click Close to close the Accuracy Issue Submitted Box and return to Public Records.
MLS ACCURACY ISSUE LINK
The Accuracy Issue Link can be found at the top of the report in the gray action bar.
- Click Accuracy Issue to open a Dialog Box showing the MLS # and address of the property.
- Your name and office name will auto populate on the form.
- Select the appropriate topic (required):
- Duplicate Listing
- Map Grid
- Photo
- Price
- Property Info
- Remarks Violation
- Settlement (Sold) Info
- Tax Link
- Other
- Incorrect Contingency
- Unreported Agreement
- Enter a short description of the issue.
- Click Submit.
- A Web Page Dialog box will appear informing you that your Accuracy Issue has been submitted.
- When a reply is ready you will see a link in your My Inbox which reads You have Support Center Messages. Clicking this link will take you to the Support Center Messages page.
- Click Close to close the Accuracy Issue Submitted Box and return to the MLS.
