Buyer/Seller does not want sale price listed

Once a listing is entered into our system and the property goes to settlement during the term of the listing agreement, the listing must be reflected as settled with correct information according to TREND's Rules and Regulations. We understand that sellers may have reasons for not wanting to have this information published. We also understand that you, as the agent for the seller, have a fiduciary responsibility to honor your clients wishes.

It may be advisable to inform your clients of this policy before hand and give them an option to sign a Waiver of Broker Cooperation, so that the listing does not have to be entered into TREND.
