Save As
Help Topic 752
With the Save As wizard, you can save search criteria and listing results so that you can retrieve them later. You use this function to save time so you do not have to re-enter the same search criteria or rerun listing results every time you want to use them.
You can access the Save As wizard from the:
- Listings page
- MLS Number page
- Address Search page
- Broker Tour and Open House Search page
- Search Results page
When accessed from the Listings, MLS Number, Address Search, or Broker Tour and Open House search pages, the Save As wizard allows you to create a Saved Search. When accessed from any Search Results page, the wizard allows you to create either a Saved Search or Saved Results Set.
Saved Search
A Saved Search is a member-defined search that includes a name and search criteria. It can also be attached to a contact, which identifies who created it or is responsible for it.
A Saved Search can also be set to run automatically. There are two types of automatic Saved Searches:
Auto Search

A Saved Search that has the potential to run automatically every day as part of a job. An Auto Search can be set up to send email to a member, can be attached to a contact, and can include all statuses. An Auto Search is not emailed to clients.
Auto Client Matches
Help Topic 752
A Saved Search that runs automatically, is attached to a contact, and is set up to automatically email a contact with a link to daily listings. Only active statuses can be included in Auto Client Matches. Auto Client Matches can be emailed to clients. The following icons may appear on the Saved Searches page:

The exclamation point icon indicates an ACM did not run the last time because:
- Required search criteria is missing.
- Criteria used is too broad and the search has timed out. Your search criteria needs to narrowed down.
To find out the reason your search did not run, hover over the icon. This icon also serves as a warning that your ACM is going to be suspended if it is not edited.
