Report incorrect listing info

In order to submit accuracy issues involving listings that originated in JSMLS, you must contact the original listing agent. To report inaccuracies with listings that originated in TREND, follow the steps below.

In order to submit an accuracy issue for a specific listing, you must be viewing either a Member report (Full, Medium or Short) or a Client report (Full, Medium, Multi-Photo, Short or Three-Up).

From the report:

  1. Click the Accuracy Issue link.

    (The Accuracy Issue pop-up window will appear.)

  2. From the Topic drop-down menu, select an accuracy topic that describes the issue.
  3. In the message box, type a short description of the issue.
  4. Click Submit.

Once you submit an accuracy issue, a Support Center Specialist will review your issue and get back to you letting you know what course of action will/has been taken.
